We commence the cleaning process by thoroughly vacuuming the carpet to ensure that we remove as much dry soil as possible before the extraction cleaning begins.

The carpet fabric is identified to ensure that we use the most appropriate cleaning method.  Difficult stains are pre-treated before the application of a heavy duty pre-spray solution.  This advanced cleaner will eliminate dust mites, allergens and electro-mechanically lift oil, dirt and sand pollutants from your carpet suspending them in an aqueous solution prior to removal using our state of the art extraction systems.

The final cleaning process uses a hot water extraction machine where the carpet pile is injected with a water and shampoo solution under pressure, so that the soil is suspended in the water and then extracted almost immediately by a high suction wet vacuum system.

This method is particularly useful for very dirty carpets because it gets deep seated dirt out.
